We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Red Team Operator to join our cybersecurity team. As a Senior Red Team member, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating potential security threats and risks to our multinational organization end to end.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced penetration testing and simulated attacks on our organization's networks, systems, and infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses
  • Utilize a variety of tools and techniques, including but not limited to phishing, physical penetration testing, and custom exploit development
  • Collaborate with other members of the red team and other security teams to provide recommendations for remediation and improvement
  • Continuously research and stay current on the latest attack methods, techniques, and tools to ensure that our organization stays ahead of potential threats
  • Provide training and guidance to other members of the red team and other security teams or affected teams in IT
  • Participate in incident response and crisis management efforts as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a red team or similar role
  • knowledge of hacking techniques, tools, and methodologies
  • Experience with social engineering
  • Well understanding of network protocols and network security especially enterprise environment (Windows/Linux and Mac endpoints)
  • Experience with custom exploit development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Hebrew and English – must.
  • Experience in cloud environments such as AWS and Azure
  • Written and verbal communication in German - Advantage
  • Experiences in OT and IOT security – Advantage
