Job Description:

  • Lead system analysis and design processes across large-scale projects.
  • Define, design, and implement business solutions on the Microsoft 365 environment – including SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Exchange Online, Teams, and related tools.
  • Collaborate closely with development and implementation teams to define functional and technical requirements.
  • Write detailed specification documents and User Stories within an Agile methodology.
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline analysis processes, generate technical documents, and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Support and lead migration processes from existing On-Prem systems to cloud environments.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, including participation in at least two large-scale projects (minimum two person-years each).
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions within Microsoft 365 or similar services (SharePoint, Exchange Online, Power Platform, Teams, etc.).
  • At least 2 years of experience working in an Agile methodology – including writing User Stories, intensive collaboration, and rapid solution delivery.
  • Proven experience in using AI tools to enhance and streamline analysis and documentation processes.
  • Experience in document management processes within the 365 environment – an advantage.
  • Experience in migrating SharePoint On-Prem systems to the cloud, including use of migration tools – an advantage.
  • Deep familiarity with document management and enterprise applications in SharePoint On-Prem environments in large organizations – an advantage.
