We are looking for a product oriented, strategic & Hands On Head of Data & BI to scale our data domain and work with Product, R&D & post-sale teams.
This is a
leadership
role where you'll shape BI
strategy
and own the
technical
direction
of our data systems. From defining the roadmap and building scalable BI solutions to collaborating with product, R&D, and execs—you'll play a central role in turning complex data into business impact
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years BI/Data Engineering experience
- A leader mindset
- Strong Product mindset for B2B
- Experience Building or migrating BI systems
- Experience with: BI tools , SQL, ETL, Cloud (AWS, Snowflake)
- Excellent English
- US team flexibility
- Splunk experience, especially Splunk Enterprise or Cloud - An advantage
- AI in BI workflows experience - A bigAdvantage
