We live and breathe photography, creativity and experiences - and we're looking for someone to take our social and content to the next level


What you'll do:

  • Manage all social channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and more.
  • Create engaging content end-to-end: writing, shooting, editing and publishing.
  • Research trends and audiences to spot opportunities
    .
  • Manage budgets and analyze performance for organic and paid content
    .
  • Connect brand values with current trends in a smart, relevant way
    .
  • Occasionally appear on camera as one of Lupa's faces
    .
  • Work closely with our marketing and design teams
    .


What we're looking for:

  • BA in Communication/Marketing/Media/Photography (or similar)
    .
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience creating social content
    .
  • Strong creative writing and storytelling skills in Hebrew
    .
  • Basic photography and video editing skills.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to optimize content performance
    .
  • Comfortable with AI tools
    .
  • Graphic design knowledge – advantage
    .
  • Creative, fast thinker, flexible, and confident on camera
    .
  • Passion for photography and social media.
