We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as an English/Spanish/French Recovery Agent in Tel Aviv. This role plays a critical part in our mission to recover outstanding balances from our clients within the financial services sector, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and financial health for our organisation.

Key Responsibilities of the English/Spanish/French Recovery Agent
  • Contact clients in English, Spanish, and French to recover outstanding balances, utilising effective and professional negotiation techniques.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering personalised and effective communication.
  • Implement strategies to recover debts, addressing potential repayment concerns and efficiently resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with the finance and customer service teams to refine recovery strategies and share insights for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor recovery metrics and client feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and competitors' recovery strategies to better meet targets and client expectations.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and recovery activities in the CRM system.
Requirements for the English/Spanish/French Recovery Agent Role
  • Proven experience in debt recovery, collections, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate effectively in English, Spanish, and French.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and French (both written and spoken).
  • Goal-oriented and proactive, with a strong focus on achieving recovery targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Basic understanding of financial markets and trading platforms is a plus.
