Key Responsibilities of the French and English Speaking Retention Agent
  • Engage with existing clients in both French and English to understand their needs and concerns, providing exceptional support to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Implement strategies to retain customers, addressing potential churn points and proactively resolving issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering personalised and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine retention strategies and share insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements for the French and English Speaking Retention Agent Role
