Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Office Manager role based in Haifa. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization. Tasks include administrative support, managing office supplies and equipment, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service. The Office Manager will also serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and vendors
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to ensure efficient office operations
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in office software and technology
  • Previous experience in office management or a related role is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew is highly preferred
