What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Workplace Coordinator to join our global workplace team in our Tel Aviv offices. You are service-oriented, detail-driven, and enjoy creating a welcoming and efficient office environment. You bring a positive attitude, enjoy helping others, and are motivated to keep things running smoothly day-to-day.

What will you do?

• Support front desk coverage, cleaning services, coffee and food services, and office maintenance to provide a high level of service.
• Assist with office equipment and supplies, including monitoring inventory and helping with procurement and distribution.
• Help manage kitchen facilities and snack orders, coordinating with housekeepers and vendors.
• Welcome visitors, employees, candidates, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, while following company security guidelines.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes by coordinating access, equipment, and office services.
• Collaborate with local and global workplace teams on daily operational needs.
• Report maintenance issues and support repairs or small-scale renovations by coordinating with vendors.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

• 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a Hitech company.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a great team player.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with budget management and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to effectively work with and learn new platforms and systems
• High level of English.
• Willingness to work full-time (9:00-18:00).

• Study Funds- SentinelOne contributes 7.5% over your base salary (no tax ceiling is applied), and employees contribute 2.5% of their base salary
