Role Description

This full-time Human Resources Administrator role is based onsite in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. Responsibilities include managing HR operations such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and handling HR Information Systems (HRIS). The role also involves ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, supporting HR management functions, and serving as a point of contact for employee queries regarding human resources policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management functions
  • Experience in Benefits Administration and proficiency in managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an on-site team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the cultural or arts sector is a plus
