We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Recruiting Coordinator
to support our hiring operations. This role is ideal for someone with recruiting experience who wants to be deeply involved in day-to-day talent acquisition activities within a fast-moving tech environment.

About the Role

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will work closely with the Recruiting Lead to oversee and execute key steps in the hiring process. You will manage CV screening, scheduling, candidate communication, and early-stage interviews. This is a
6-month temporary position
, perfect for someone who is proactive, people-oriented, and enjoys a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Screen and review incoming CVs
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams
  • Conduct initial phone screenings when required
  • Communicate with candidates to ensure a professional and positive experience
  • Support the Recruiting Lead with daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Update and maintain candidate data in the ATS
  • Collaborate with hiring managers for scheduling, feedback, and follow-ups
  • Assist with employer branding and recruiting operations as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience
    (tech industry or recruitment agencies)
  • Strong communication skills in
    both English and Hebrew
    (spoken and written)
  • Excellent organizational abilities and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Availability to work
    part-time, 3–4 days per week on-site in Tel Aviv
  • Ability to commit to a
    6-month temporary position
