About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition to join our growing team in Tel Aviv.

You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, working with different clients, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume candidate and applicant management/tracking.
  • Proactively source active and passive candidates to attract a diverse talent pool using CRM, databases, referrals, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional networks.
  • Manage the recruitment process and ensure accurate and up-to-date pipeline tracking.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, conduct candidate preps, and follow up throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a recruiting-related role.
  • Experience working in a staffing/recruitment agency
  • Experience recruiting for IT positions
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter – must.
  • Experience working in a global company
  • High level of English is a must, Spanish – advantage.
  • High-energy, self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
