We're looking for a
Junior Account Executive
to join our dynamic sales department, someone passionate, results-driven, and ready to lead by example. In this role, you'll mentor a team of sales specialists, manage international client relationships, and drive sales growth across multiple markets.
This is a full-time, on-site position, located in Tel Aviv, Ramat Hahayal.
Working hours: Monday–Thursday: 9:00–18:00, Friday: 8:00–16:00
Responsibilities
- Mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Manage day-to-day sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and deliver insights to senior management
- Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Support both pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure excellent customer experience
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
Requirements
- Native or near-native English speaker (a must)
- 2-5 years of experience in sales in global markets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others
- Comfortable working with clients and adjusting to time zone differences
- Willingness and availability to travel abroad for client meetings and business events
- Excellent Excel and reporting skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by achieving results
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Advantage: Experience or passion for gaming, toys, or licensed consumer products
