We are looking for the next PPC Campaign Manager to join our growing team

In this role, you will work closely with internal technical teams and the Client Partner (who owns the client relationship), focusing on campaign execution, testing, and performance optimization. The Media Solutions Manager plays a pivotal role in driving Voyantis' success by powerfully showcasing the impact and value of our business. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media (especially Google Ads), who is eager to deepen their expertise in campaign management and growth experimentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and monitor the process of adopting new signaling strategy (based on predictive values) in paid media ad accounts (primarily Google Ads), while ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs.
  • Analyze campaigns data and surface insights to inform optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams and the Client Partner to implement media strategies and testing plans.
  • Support the design, launch, and measurement experiments across different testing methodologies, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creatives.
  • Help maintain and improve internal processes, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for campaign tracking and performance.
  • Stay up to date with platform changes and support the broader team with the implementation of best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience running performance campaigns in Google Ads. (Search and UAC campaigns)
  • Managing monthly budgets of $100K+
  • Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets and reporting tools to analyze campaign results.
  • Passion for performance marketing and eagerness to learn advanced UA strategies.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in any analytical role
  • Working with global B2B/SaaS companies
  • Experience with other performance marketing platforms (Especially Meta).
  • Familiarity with mobile measurement tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust).
  • Experience working with A/B testing frameworks or campaign experimentation.
  • Basic SQL knowledge or experience with BI tools
