With a focus on empowering communities to meet their basic needs, EWB-Israel operates through the voluntary action of engineers and scientists. As part of a global network, the organization coordinates and guides field teams across several countries including Israel, Tanzania, Kenya, Ghana and Israel.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Manager, located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. Some work from home is acceptable. The Administrative Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, overseeing office operations, coordinating logistical support for projects, and ensuring smooth communication within the team and with external partners. The role also involves handling financial reports, maintaining office supplies, organizing meetings, and supporting Human Resources activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in office management, including managing supplies, organizing meetings, and overseeing office operations
- Experience in financial reporting and HR support activities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
- Experience in non-profit or community-driven organizations is a plus
