We're looking for a
Group Head of Corporate IT & Network
who will define and execute evoke's global technology strategy, ensuring a reliable, cost-effective, and future-ready foundation that supports business growth, operational excellence, integrations, and an exceptional colleague experience.

What you will be doing:

• Set the strategic direction, principles, standards, and multi-year roadmaps for Corporate IT, network, and workplace technologies, aligned with business priorities.
• Drive operational excellence and ensure availability, performance, and a high-quality colleague experience across infrastructure, networks, EUC/workplace, and service operations.
• Implement strong SLO/SLA discipline, lead incident/problem/change management, and continuously improve service operations.
• Partner with the CISO to embed security controls, policies, and risk management frameworks across all regions.
• Ensure global business continuity, resilience, and audit readiness.
• Lead governance and investment prioritization, ensuring clear value tracking, risk management, and informed recommendations to the CIO and ELT.
• Oversee technology and process integrations related to operating-model changes, M&A, and post-merger integration.
• Manage vendor relationships, shape the partner ecosystem, negotiate value, and own a significant multi-year budget with a focus on cost control and productivity.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing global team and leadership bench, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a strong people-first culture.
• Translate strategy into measurable outcomes, communicate clearly during change and incident situations, and align stakeholders across Product & Tech and Corporate Functions.

Who we are looking for:

• 15+ years of experience in Corporate IT, Infrastructure, Network, or Workplace domains, including 7+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record managing global, multi-site teams across geographies and time zones (mandatory).
• Experience owning enterprise-scale, mission-critical environments with strong service-management outcomes.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including managing a large multi-year budget and driving cost optimization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite and senior stakeholders, make crisp decisions, and effectively manage risk.
• Familiarity with service-management and governance frameworks such as ITIL.
• Relevant academic degree or equivalent practical experience.
• BONUS: Experience driving culture change, global technology transformations, and post-merger technology integrations.

• Consistent improvement in service KPIs (SLA/SLO performance, MTTR, change success rate).
• Delivery of multi-year roadmaps on time and within budget, with visible risk reduction and business value.
• Positive audit outcomes and stronger resilience posture across all global sites.
• High engagement, retention, and development of talent within Corporate IT & Network.
• Demonstrated budget stewardship and measurable year-over-year productivity gains.
