We are seeking a
dynamic, strategic, and hands-on Regional Director
to establish and lead our sales function in Israel. This is a unique opportunity to
build the foundation of our sales organization from the ground up
, drive revenue growth, and shape Directeam's presence in the market. You will work directly with the VP Revenue and Strategy, influencing strategy and execution, while being trusted to create processes, close deals, and scale a high-performing team.
What You'll Do:
- Own the entire sales motion in Israel, generating and closing pipeline through both inbound and outbound channels, forecasting accurately, and driving predictable revenue growth.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team from the ground up, setting a strong cultural foundation based on learning, ownership, and accountability.
- Design and refine sales processes that scale with the business, continuously improving how we move from lead to close to onboarding, while staying focused on results and efficiency.
- Implement smart, AI-driven tools and automations that help the team work faster and smarter, freeing up time to focus on selling, not admin.
- Lead conversations with technical decision-makers by understanding their real challenges, positioning value clearly, and crafting tailored solutions that solve high-impact problems.
- Represent Directeam across the Israeli startup and AWS ecosystems, building our presence, strengthening relationships, and increasing visibility in all the right places.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Solution Architecture, and Customer Success to keep GTM strategy aligned, improve messaging, and bring customer insights back into our roadmap.
- Recruit and coach top-tier sales talent, investing in their growth while building a team that consistently delivers and scales with the company.
What We're Looking For:
- BSc in Computer Science or Engineering
(or equivalent experience). MBA is a plus. - 4+ years in sales leadership
within startups, preferably selling to high-level technical decision-makers. - Hands-on expertise with
CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
and familiarity with
AI-driven sales tools
. - A background in the AWS ecosystem, cloud solutions, or B2B SaaS is a strong advantage.
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on solving real problems and creating long-term value.
- Proven track record of closing complex deals and consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Experience building sales functions, processes, and teams from the ground up in fast-moving startup environments.
- Data-driven approach to leadership, with strong instincts backed by analytics, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Strong coaching skills and a passion for developing high-performing, motivated teams.
- Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels.
- Strong understanding of AWS services, cloud, and FinOps concepts, with the ability to communicate value to technical leaders (CTO, VP R&D, Head of DevOps).
