HRBP – Human Resources Manager

Caesarea area | Full-time

A successful manufacturing company is seeking an
HRBP
to join the plant's management team.

This is a
standalone HR role
with full responsibility for all HR domains in the plant, combining strategic partnership with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with management to lead organizational and strategic HR processes
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including digital sourcing and AI tools
  • Develop managers and employees
    , including training and talent development programs
  • Lead employee engagement, retention, welfare, and labor relations
  • Ensure compliance with labor law, policies, and safety regulations

Requirements:

5+ years of HR management experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment

Proven expertise in labor law and employee relations

Strong experience in recruitment, including digital/AI sourcing tools

Ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution

Immediate availability – strong advantage
