Israel – Full or Part-Time with Growth Potential

Optiveum is a Poland-based consulting firm delivering remote software developers, data engineers, data scientists, QA specialists, DevOps, and other IT professionals from Poland and Central Europe to Israeli technology organisations.
We already work with several Israeli clients and have strong references confirming that our model delivers excellent results. Now, we want to expand our presence inside the Israeli tech ecosystem — and we're looking for the right senior partner on the ground.
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Partner to strategically grow our footprint among Israeli startups, scale-ups, and tech organisations that need additional engineering capacity.
This role starts on a part-time or flexible basis, but it is designed to develop into a long-term leadership opportunity — including ongoing ownership of client accounts you bring in and the possibility of taking a senior position or partnership role if we establish an Israel-based entity.
What You Will Do
1. Strategic Lead Identification
Identify and qualify tech companies across Israel that struggle to hire locally and could benefit from nearshore engineering teams in Poland and the CEE region.
This means thoughtful research, warm intros, and high-quality targeting — not cold list dumping.
2. Opening Doors & Conducting Meetings
Initiate conversations, nurture relationships, set up introductory calls or in-person meetings, and represent Optiveum with credibility.
Key conversations may be conducted jointly with our founder.
We handle commercial proposals, pricing, negotiation, and delivery — freeing you to focus on building meaningful relationships and moving opportunities forward.
Who We're Looking For
A professional who:
- Has a track record of bringing B2B services into the Israeli tech market — ideally in outsourcing, staff augmentation, software development services, or SaaS.
- Understands the culture, pace, and hiring dynamics of the Israeli startup ecosystem.
- Communicates well in Hebrew and English.
- Builds trust quickly — and opens the right doors through research, insight, and personal credibility.
- Prefers quality over quantity.
