  • הבנת הצורך המקצועי והאישי של המועמדים.
  • חיבור המועמדים לאנשי הצוות המתאימים.
  • פניה יזומה בלינקדאין למועמדים רלוונטיים.

היקף המשרה:

  • שעות עבודה גמישות.
  • היקף משרה משתנה בהתאם לצורך.
  • עבודה מהבית או היברידי.

דרישות התפקיד:

  • כושר שכנוע ותקשורת בינאישית מצוינת.
  • ביטחון עצמי ויכולת לפנות לאנשים בצורה יזומה, כולל בלינקדאין.
