A rapidly growing
AI division
is looking for an
ambitious Office/Operations Manager
to join the team

This is a
partially remote role
, with on-site presence as needed (e.g., month-end closings or special projects).


What will you be doing?


• Provide administrative and operational support – coordinating between departments, managing calendars, and handling day-to-day office operations.


• Assist with ongoing tasks such as expense reports, organized project folders, and system synchronization.


• Track and monitor projects – including hours, purchase orders, contracts, and workflow processes.


• Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.


• Oversee employee-related operations (attendance tracking, scheduling, etc.).

• Organized, proactive, and responsible individual with strong interpersonal skills.


• Someone eager to learn, lead, and grow in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word)
– required.

Technical orientation
– required.


• Significant advantage: previous experience in
administration in a high-tech or project management environment.


• Advantage: familiarity (even basic) with
AI, Data, or B2B services
.


• Advantage:
Bachelor's degree or final-year student
(must ensure flexible availability).


Position Scope:

Part-time position (
~40%
, distributed throughout the week).

Requires flexibility in working days and hours.
