Assistant Controller

Description
We are currently looking for an
Controller
to join our finance team in Ramat-Gan.

As an Controller, you will support financial reporting and analysis. The Controller will have daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting responsibilities and will report to the Director of Finance. This position is hands-on, interacting and coordinating with colleagues in various operational departments to ensure proper accounting treatment and execution of accounting processes.

As a Controller, You Will

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Audit Coordination: Collaborate with external auditors, ensure timely submission of required documentation, and address audit inquiries.
• Leading Procure to Pay process in IL and UK including approving payments in the bank.
• Financial Systems: Utilize NetSuite and BI tools to produce financial insights and streamline reporting processes.
• Compliance & Regulation: Ensure adherence to tax regulations, corporate laws, and relevant financial disclosures.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial operations and lead initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Act as a finance partner to other organization departments – R&D, S&M, corporate functions, involvement in cross-functional projects and teams to drive process improvement initiatives.
• Support ad hoc accounting and finance-related projects as needed

If you want to join our journey, you`ll need :

• CPA
• Big 4 experience 2 to 4 years of related work experience.
• Outstanding knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Experience with a global high-tech organization.
• Excellent Excel and Office skills, and experience with NetSuite and BI systems – an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized, detail-oriented and mindful of deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced and changing environment.
