Tnuva is seeking an experienced and passionate
HR Manager
to lead the human resources domain at our
Dan Dairy Logistics Center and National Transportation Unit
, supporting approximately
450 employees
.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, reporting to the
HR Director of the Supply Chain Division
, and includes managing a team of
two HR coordinators
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all HR activities for the logistics center and national transport unit
  • Implement HR policies and develop annual work plans aligned with company strategy
  • Drive leadership development: training, coaching, and consulting for managers
  • Manage recruitment processes, assessments, internal mobility, and promotions (in collaboration with the recruitment department)
  • Oversee training programs: enrichment, onboarding, and professional development
  • Lead welfare initiatives at the unit level and implement corporate welfare policies
  • Administer compensation and benefits policies
  • Handle labor relations and employment law matters, including collaboration with the workers' committee and legal department
  • Support employees throughout their employment lifecycle
  • Execute corporate HR projects at the site level

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree — mandatory
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial HR role within a large and complex organization — mandatory
  • Experience in an industrial environment — an advantage
  • Proven experience managing HR teams — mandatory
  • Experience working with employee committees — an advantage
  • Broad knowledge and hands-on experience in various HR domains: labor law, compensation, recruitment, welfare, employee relations, organizational development
  • High service orientation and ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
