Role Overview:

As a full-time Field Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and nurturing strategic customer relationships

  • Managing end-to-end sales processes

  • Crafting sales strategies and achieving targets

  • Conducting regular visits to branches nationwide

  • Leading and mentoring the regional sales team

  • Reporting and presenting outcomes to executive management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail – a must

  • Experience in sales/region management

  • Strong ability to manage and meet targets
