A fast-growing Defense-Tech startup, developing an AI-powered video intelligence platform is looking for a Full Stack Engineer. In this roll, you will be part of building and scalling a mission-critical AI platform, that enables real-time threat detection and investigations across thousands of cameras for government and security organizations worldwide. You’ll own features end-to-end, contribute to architectural decisions, and develop reliable, intuitive experiences for complex AI-powered workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering projects from design through deployment.
- Build and maintain scalable backend services and modern frontend applications.
- Develop intuitive interfaces for complex data and AI-driven workflows.
- Contribute to system architecture, performance, reliability, and production readiness.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and ML teams.
- Establish engineering best practices and contribute to technical direction.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of Full Stack development experience.
- Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development.
- Backend experience with Python (FastAPI) and PostgreSQL or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of system design, architecture, and scalable systems.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools while maintaining high code quality.
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills
Advantages
- Experience with LLMs, Computer Vision, vector databases, or AI agents.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience deploying and managing on-premises solutions.
- Startup experience or involvement in building products from the ground up.
