- Overtime - in accordance with the Israeli law.
- Social conditions - in accordance with the Israeli law.
- Accommodation – on the expenses of the company and will be given by the services company.
- Transportation - on the expense of the company.
- Private medical insurance - on the expenses of the company.
- Personal equipment - on the expense of the company and will be given by the services company.
- Meals – Each worker brings its own food and gets per diem equal value.
