TelAviv, Tel-Aviv District, Israel June AI Part-time
Part-time | On-site June is looking for an Office Coordinator to keep our office running smoothly as our team grows. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day office operations, coordinate with suppliers and service providers, and make sure the everyday essentials are covered. Working closely with our Operations Lead, you’ll turn things that need doing into things that are done. This is a hands-on role for someone organized, resourceful, and approachable, who enjoys helping people and takes pride in following through. What you’ll do:
• Own day-to-day office operations: keep the office organized, well-stocked, and running smoothly, and serve as the point of contact for office-related requests.
• Manage suppliers and service providers: coordinate purchasing, deliveries, cleaning, maintenance, equipment, and building-related needs.
• Coordinate office projects: help plan and execute an office move, from working with vendors to getting the new space ready for the team.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding logistics: coordinate workstations, equipment, welcome materials, and practical arrangements with the relevant teams.
• Keep office spending organized: track purchases, collect invoices, and coordinate with Finance on payments and expenses.
• Provide administrative support as needed: help with interview scheduling, employee information collection, and other operational tasks.
• Spot what needs attention and take action: solve everyday problems and introduce simple processes that make things easier as we grow. What you have:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail: you can manage several tasks at once and follow them through to completion.
• A proactive, hands-on approach: you notice what needs doing, take initiative, and know when to ask for input.
• A service-oriented mindset: you enjoy working with people and communicate clearly with colleagues and external suppliers.
• Reliability and discretion: you take ownership and handle sensitive information with care.
• Comfort with digital tools: you can work with spreadsheets, shared documents, and task-management tools, and learn new systems quickly.
• Fluency in Hebrew and good English, both written and spoken. Bonus points for:
• Experience in office coordination, administration, hospitality, or a similar role.
• Experience organizing events or coordinating multiple vendors.
• Familiarity with a startup environment. Scope & availability: This is a part-time role requiring regular on-site presence. Working days and hours will be agreed together, with flexibility around a consistent schedule that supports the team’s needs. Previous experience is an advantage, but we also welcome students and early-career candidates who can bring strong organizational skills, initiative, and reliable availability.
