A leading company is seeking an experienced Import & Export Manager to lead and manage all international trade and logistics activities, including import/export operations, container handling, and transportation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Import, Export & Transportation team Own end-to-end import & export processes, including container logistics and customs clearance Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities Ensure compliance with customs, regulatory, and safety requirements Manage shipping documentation (Invoices, BLs, Certificates of Origin, etc.) Optimize logistics processes, timelines, and costs Handle exceptions, delays, and operational issues Work closely with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Production, Warehousing, Planning, Finance) Requirements Lead and manage the Import, Export & Transportation team Own end-to-end import & export processes, including container logistics and customs clearance Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities Ensure compliance with customs, regulatory, and safety requirements Manage shipping documentation (Invoices, BLs, Certificates of Origin, etc.) Optimize logistics processes, timelines, and costs Handle exceptions, delays, and operational issues Work closely with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Production, Warehousing, Planning, Finance) 5+ years of experience in Import & Export management – mandatory High level of English – mandatory Proven experience with international freight, customs, and regulations Team management experience – advantage Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field – advantage Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
