Entrypoint is hiring a Controller for a key and impactful position reporting directly to the VP Finance.
This is a broad, hands-on role with responsibility for financial reporting, controls, monthly and quarterly closing processes, management reporting, and cross-functional financial processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial closing processes, including in-depth analysis and period-over-period comparisons
• Prepare management reports for senior leadership, with a strong business perspective and the ability to explain the story behind the numbers
• Own budget control processes, including budget vs. actual analysis, variance identification, and performance monitoring
• Work closely with the bookkeeping team, providing professional guidance and overseeing accounting processes
• Lead and monitor Accounting Governance processes and implement internal controls
• Work closely with external auditors, consultants, and additional professional stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional financial processes in close collaboration with the VP Finance
Requirements:
✓ CPA license
- required ✓ Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- required ✓ Approximately 5 years of experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller in an in-house corporate environment following experience in an accounting firm ✓ Proven experience in financial closing processes, management reporting, and financial analysis ✓ Experience managing and overseeing bookkeeping processes ✓ Excellent Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems ✓ Experience with Priority ERP
- a strong advantage ✓ High level of English ✓ Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail ✓ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders ✓ Strong business mindset, analytical thinking, and the ability to identify trends and translate them into actionable insights We are looking for a finance professional who combines strong accounting expertise with business understanding and wants to take an active role in shaping processes and supporting decision-making across the organization. 📩 Interested in joining us?
