What you'll do
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Lead financial reporting processes of a publicly traded company
• Manage annual tax reporting and ongoing tax-related matters
• Oversee bookkeeping and ongoing accounting activities
• Manage financial operations, including payments, cash flow, and coordination with banks and financial institutions
• Perform budget vs. actual analysis and prepare management reporting
• Lead ISOX processes, internal controls, and financial procedures
• Oversee the financial aspects of real estate valuation processes
• Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and other professional advisors
• Provide professional guidance and oversight to the Assistant Controller
• Lead cross-functional finance projects and ad-hoc financial analyses
• Drive the implementation of AI, automation, and advanced finance tools to improve efficiency and streamline financial processes What we're looking for
• CPA – Required
• Previous experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller in a publicly traded company – Required
• Big Four experience – Required
• Strong hands-on experience in financial reporting and preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS – Required
• Fluent Hebrew and English – Required
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ownership, and a hands-on approach
• Ability to independently manage multiple financial processes and deadlines in a dynamic environment Strong advantages
• Big Four experience within the Real Estate sector
• Experience in a publicly traded real estate company
• Experience with ISOX
• NetSuite experience 📍
