We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and hands-on HR Manager to take full ownership of our HR function and play a key role in supporting our people, managers, and organizational growth. This is a unique opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys building processes, driving recruitment, and managing the entire employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of positions, including technology, engineering, professional, and operational roles across our technology company and manufacturing facility in Kiryat Gat.
• Build, implement, and manage HR infrastructure, including HR systems, policies, procedures, and organizational processes.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and employee integration to ongoing employee relations and offboarding.
• Develop and lead performance management processes, including employee evaluations, feedback cycles, and employee engagement surveys.
• Drive employee experience, engagement, and welfare initiatives, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Partner directly with the CEO and company managers, providing HR guidance and supporting organizational needs.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administration, ensuring accurate employee records, effective processes, and smooth HR operations.
• Take a proactive, hands-on approach to both strategic HR initiatives and daily operational needs. Requirements
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist, with hands-on HR responsibilities.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, including recruitment for both technical and operational positions.
• Experience building and implementing HR processes, systems, and organizational practices.
• Strong technological orientation and familiarity with HR systems and digital tools.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple HR priorities.
• Strong business understanding and the ability to work closely with senior leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• A proactive, resourceful, and practical mindset, with a genuine passion for people.
• Experience in a technology company or technology-driven manufacturing environment

• Part-time position: 4 days per week
• One working day per week at our Kiryat Gat facility
