We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our centralized AI Center of Excellence, leading AI adoption across a large financial enterprise. You will design and scale advanced AI applications deeply integrated into our core financial systems, building robust backend services, developer tooling, and enterprise-grade governance.

Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End AI/GenAI: Develop production-ready systems powered by LLMs and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph) from prototyping to deployment.
• Pipelines & RAG: Build and maintain robust data, model, and inference pipelines, including scalable embedding systems and advanced RAG architectures.
• Cloud-Native Architecture: Design auto-scaling, cloud-native architectures supporting both dedicated AI apps and internal developer platforms.
• Governance & Security: Implement enterprise governance, compliance controls, and security products meeting strict regulatory and financial standards.
• Engineering Excellence: Drive high standards through internal developer tooling, strict observability, and AI SDLC practices.
• What We’re Looking For:
• Software Engineering: 8+ years of professional backend development experience in production environments (Mandatory).
• Programming Mastery: 5+ years of deep, proven expertise in Python (asyncio, concurrency, Pydantic) and JavaScript/TypeScript (Mandatory).
• Cloud & DevOps (AWS): 3+ years of hands-on experience building cloud-native systems with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS core services (S3, Lambda), CI/CD, observability, and data streaming/queues (SQS/Kafka) (Mandatory).
• Distributed Systems: 4+ years designing scalable microservices, event-driven architectures, and high-load distributed backends (rate limiting, queues, backpressure, DLQs) (Mandatory).
• API & Security: Hands-on experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and enterprise auth (OAuth 2.0, JWT, OIDC) (Strong Advantage).
• Applied AI & MCP: Proven experience with complex LLM solutions, handling non-deterministic outputs, AI monitoring/evaluation (LLM-as-a-judge), MCP, and A2A protocols (Strong Advantage). 📍
