We’re Hiring: a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Team and help us grow the company in Petah Tikva, full-time. This is a temporary position Five-month with an option. Responsibilities
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions).
• Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals. Job Requirements
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience

• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew -Must
• Office automation tools (MS Office etc) for proofreading, editing and formatting.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Self-confidence and self starter.
• Ability to learn technical information.
