Caesarea, Israel Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office Are you the person who tries every new AI tool before everyone else has heard of it? Have you built AI agents, automated workflows, connected different platforms, analyzed data, or created something simply because you wanted to see if you could? We’re looking for someone curious, analytical, and hands-on who can turn business challenges into practical AI-powered solutions. This is not a traditional software development role. We care more about what you can build, how you think, and how quickly you learn than about having a specific degree or career path. What You’ll Work On
• Build AI agents and automated business workflows
• Develop internal AI-powered tools and applications
• Connect platforms such as Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, analytics tools, and other business systems
• Work with APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms such as n8n, Make, and Zapier
• Analyze business data and build automated reports, dashboards, and analytical workflows
• Use AI to improve reporting, operational efficiency, and decision-making
• Identify inefficiencies and turn ideas into prototypes and working solutions
• Experiment with LLMs, agentic AI, open-source models, and AI-assisted development tools What We’re Looking For
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered projects, automations, integrations, or applications
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation tools
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and an analytical mindset
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI, LLMs, AI agents, and emerging technologies
• Creativity, independence, curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt as priorities and opportunities evolve You could be a recent graduate, early-career professional, or self-taught builder with interesting projects to show us. Bonus Points Experience with any of the following is a plus:
• SQL, Python, or JavaScript
• Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Lovable, or similar AI-assisted development tools
• AI agents or open-source LLMs
• BI platforms, databases, or data visualization
• AdTech, programmatic advertising, or digital advertising Previous AdTech experience is not required.
