- the third sector, Arab society, philanthropy and government. Do you have a background in project management and enjoy working with organizations to drive meaningful change? We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team. Role

Responsibilities:
Support companies in implementing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) strategies, with a focus on expanding recruitment and integration of employees from the Arab sector. Work closely with leadership teams, HR departments, and managers to lead organizational change initiatives. Manage project plans from planning to execution, including monitoring progress and ensuring successful implementation. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners while developing new collaborations and opportunities.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of professional experience in the business sector – must. Bachelor’s degree in a related field – must. Strong initiative, motivation, and ability to work collaboratively. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and Arabic. Management experience – an advantage. Willingness to travel across the country.
