• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand system flows and integrations
• Validate end-to-end processes and system stability across multiple platforms

• 5+ years of experience in QA roles focused on Information Systems
• Strong understanding of business systems such as ERP, CRM, Billing, and Finance
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate test automation and streamline QA workflows
• Experience with API testing
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with automation tools or platforms
