Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Microsoft enterprise infrastructure, including Active Directory, Windows Server, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, and PKI.
- Administer Hyper-V environments, Failover Clustering, Live Migration, and high-availability solutions.
- Manage Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and hybrid-cloud environments.
- Design and implement Azure Landing Zones, cloud migration projects, and hybrid-cloud architectures.
- Manage enterprise backup, disaster recovery, storage, and business continuity solutions.
- Implement infrastructure security, monitoring, performance optimization, and operational improvements.
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex infrastructure issues.
- Drive automation and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered technologies. Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft enterprise infrastructure in complex production environments.
- Strong expertise in Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and PKI.
- Practical experience with Hyper-V, clustering, and high-availability solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and hybrid identity.
- Experience with Azure Landing Zones, cloud migration, and hybrid-cloud architecture.
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Knowledge of Veeam, enterprise backup solutions, disaster recovery, and SAN storage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered productivity tools.
- Full professional proficiency in English. Advantage:
- Microsoft Defender, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, and SCCM.
- Advanced Hyper-V and enterprise networking experience.
- Cloud governance, cost management, and FinOps knowledge.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications.
