SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities
• Managing and overseeing the construction project through all its stages
• Managing the on-site project team, including the supervisor and quantity surveyor
• Responsibility for engineering and managerial aspects throughout the project lifecycle
• Managing quality, budget, schedule, and execution control
• Managing interfaces with the client, contractors, and suppliers
• Coordinating between all parties in accordance with project stages
• Leading on-site execution while meeting project objectives Requirements
• Registered Civil Engineer – Mandatory
• At least 7 years of experience in supervision/execution of infrastructure and railway projects – Mandatory
• Experience managing work teams
• Proactive approach and strong organizational skills
• Ability to lead the client
