Job Type: Commission-Based + Pay Per Visit + Monthly Residual Commissions
- The Senior Walk-Through Specialist & Account Manager at Opaa Cleaning is an advanced role for high-performing Walk-Through Specialists who have closed 60+ commercial accounts and demonstrated excellence in sales and customer relationship management.
- This position focuses on managing and nurturing commercial accounts, ensuring customer retention, and identifying opportunities to upsell services.
- Account Management: Manage each new account after closing 60+ commercial accounts. Conduct monthly follow-ups via text, email, scheduled video calls (Zoom or Google Meets), or in-person visits.
- Customer Retention: Maintain and nurture relationships with commercial clients to prioritize customer retention. Address any concerns or issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Reinforce quality control systems and procedures with the cleaning crew. Ensure that service standards are met and exceeded.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients by offering more services that are typically outside the scope of work. Aim to upsell to clients quarterly and annually.
- Relationship Building: Establish stronger relationships with commercial cleaning accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for clients.
- Experience: Proven track record of closing 60+ commercial accounts as a Walk-Through Specialist. Demonstrated competence and success within the company.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and account management capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of motivation and drive to succeed.
- Other:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

- Starting Residual Monthly Commission: 2% on the total value of managed accounts.
- Incremental Increase: For every 10 additional commercial accounts closed, the residual monthly commission will increase by 2%.
- The maximum residual commission is 10%, reached after managing 50 commercial accounts.
