We're looking for a Senior Enterprise Solutions Specialist who will work with top enterprise accounts in Israel. This is a senior position operating with C-suite decision makers for existing and top-target accounts.
Sales team members are experienced, entrepreneurial, and high-energy software sales executives. They work every day with C-level executives and business leaders, through to heads of process improvement and automation, to deliver value at client organizations.
Responsibilities- Analyze territory/market potential and develop sales strategies to maximize revenue potential.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedules.
- Evaluate UiPath's brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting, and selling our solutions using a value-selling approach.
- Train customers on how our solutions can benefit them financially and professionally.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory.
- Build trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Management group to ensure customers receive maximum value and facilitate customer issues as they arise.
- Track industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand customer needs.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand way that creates a high level of desire for the solution.
- Demonstrable track record of cultivating new relationships at C-Level, within enterprise-level accounts in Israel.
- Capacity to grow an enterprise client portfolio.
- High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and cross-functional influence internally and externally.
- Strong ability to navigate client organizations and develop key points of contact in multiple departments and levels of leadership.
- Provides valuable insights into how to improve customer business operations.
- Takes a research and data-driven approach to account planning.
- Identifies opportunities from business-led discussions proactively.
- Highly developed critical thinking skills to solve customer problems and bring deals to fruition when roadblocks are present.
- Sells to financial buyers based on value and business case vs feature and function.
- Guarantees accuracy in forecasting using MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
