Required Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in product management.
  • Proven track record in medical device, pharma, or healthcare industries, with a deep understanding of business needs, customer requirements, and technical capabilities.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, paired with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Desirable Skills
  • MBA in business, or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, preferably in a related field.
  • Experience in upstream product management, voice of customer/market research, and design.
  • Cross-functional product management expertise, with a strong focus on ownership.
  • Knowledge of medical device industry practices, techniques, and standards.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, global environments, with a global perspective and mindset.
