Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking professional to lead our New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts. This individual will be responsible for managing the NPI process, working closely with various teams including R&D, finance, and engineering.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and operations, with experience leading sophisticated projects. They will be able to analyze complex problems, identify critical paths, and implement risk management methodologies.

This role requires excellent project management skills, with the ability to track progress, ensure timely delivery, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the NPI process from conception to production launch.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product introduction.
  • Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Electrical/Material Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in leading complex projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
