  • Translate business requirements into technical designs to deliver effective solutions.\
  • Develop and implement new business requirements to improve business processes.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.\
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features and best practices.\
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal clients.\
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives through effective project management.\
  • Identify and address potential roadblocks to project success.\
  • Deliver training materials and support to ensure user adoption.\
  • Support global stakeholders and users.\
  • Report to CRM Manager.\
