About this Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of IT Support Specialist.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for various hardware and software platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist users with resolving technical issues in Windows/Mac environments (local and remote).
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems with Apple and Microsoft products, both on-site and remote.
  • Offer remote support through phone or video.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts on multiple computer platforms and hardware/software.
  • Troubleshoot networked and local printers.
  • Follow Help Desk procedures and maintain IT systems documentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as a helpdesk/IT specialist.
  • Familiarity with desktops, laptops, servers, and other hardware components.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • High level of English proficiency (verbal and written).
Benefits
