Product Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our platform's capabilities, delivering exceptional user experiences, and driving impactful business results.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within an e-commerce or data-driven environment. They should be familiar with Agile Methodologies and Product Lifecycle Management, and possess strong analytical skills, innovative problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

  • Lead and manage product features end-to-end, from ideation through to deployment and monitoring, ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience.
  • Collect and analyze requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear and detailed MRDs, PRDs, and user flows. Create wireframes, define A/B tests, and write user stories that align with business goals.
  • Prioritize the product backlog effectively, collaborating closely with the development team to deliver seamless and impactful solutions that enhance the platform and customer experience.
  • Leverage data insights to make informed product decisions, continuously optimizing based on performance metrics and user feedback.
  • Analyze the success of features post-launch by tracking usage data and identifying key patterns. Take ownership of performance metrics, running tests to optimize functionality and improve user engagement and business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Agile Methodologies and Product Lifecycle Management: Familiarity with agile practices and product lifecycle management to ensure effective collaboration with development teams and efficient product delivery.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools with a results-driven approach to optimizing product features.
  • Technical Understanding & QA Knowledge: Prior experience in QA or QA automation is a strong advantage.
  • UX/UI Skills: Experience collaborating with design teams and creating wireframes to support user-centric, high-converting interfaces is a strong advantage.
