About the Role

Our organization is seeking a Product Specialist to drive the development and execution of product strategies.

This role requires a customer-centric approach, executing product vision, direction, and business plans, including product plans and roadmaps, product evolution, and the product lifecycle process.

The ideal candidate will specify technical requirements, develop a roadmap, and provide technical direction to ensure successful product launches.

You will create customer-facing collateral, launch materials, and participate in activities to promote the product and solution.

In addition, you will gather and analyze customer data to identify adoption friction, trends, and customer pain points to inform roadmap decisions.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for designing and developing AI-powered tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute product strategies to meet customer needs.

- Specify technical requirements and develop roadmaps.

- Provide technical direction to ensure successful product launches.

- Create customer-facing collateral and launch materials.

- Analyze customer data to inform roadmap decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop AI-powered tools.

Requirements

- 2 years of experience in product management in B2B or cloud businesses.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering required.

- Experience delivering technology products from ideation to post-launch an advantage.

- Familiarity with the storage industry and cloud technologies highly desired.

- Knowledge of cloud technology, especially Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud.

- Experience in IT and security infrastructure products an advantage.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Results-oriented growth mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.

- Knowledge of AI concepts and experience working with AI tools and platforms.

- Basic understanding of industry-common automation tools.

- Familiarity with data analysis, including common industry tools.

- Fluent English.
