Job Title: Senior Paid Search Specialist


About the Role:


At The Talent Hunter, we are seeking a skilled Senior Paid Search Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing global Google PPC campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI.


About You:


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with international, multilingual paid search accounts and campaigns. You should have excellent multitasking abilities, a strong analytical mindset, and the capacity to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


· Build, manage, analyze, and optimize global Google PPC campaigns.


· Generate daily ROI reports for large-scale campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


· Monitor, evaluate, and interpret website analytics and PPC efforts to spot trends, patterns, and user acquisition opportunities.


· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PPC strategies with overarching business goals.


· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in PPC.


Requirements:


· Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with international, multilingual paid search accounts and campaigns.


· Excellent multitasking abilities and capacity to prioritize effectively.


· Strong analytical skills and creativity to overcome challenges and optimize campaign performance.


· Self-starter and independent with ability to take an entire project from start to finish.


· Fluency in English (AR, ES, PT languages are an advantage).
