Description

AudioCodes is hiring an outstanding Executive Business Operations & Personal Assistant to the CEO, to work directly with our CEO in a fast-moving, global, and highly dynamic environment.

This is not a classic administrative EA role.

It's a high-impact position that combines hands-on executive partnership, business operations, cross-company coordination, and project execution.

The person in this role will play a central part in driving clarity, focus, and execution across the organization.

What You'll Do

Executive Partnership

  • Work as the CEO's right hand on strategic and operational priorities
  • Translate decisions into clear action plans and follow-through
  • Anticipate needs, surface risks, and drive alignment across teams

Business & Operations Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional workflows with Product, R&D, Sales, Marketing & Finance
  • Coordinate company-wide initiatives and ensure milestones are met
  • Build workflows, dashboards, and an effective operational cadence
  • Provide structured visibility and timely progress reporting

Project & Execution Management

  • Track projects end-to-end (scope stakeholders progress delivery)
  • Prepare briefings, summaries, and executive-level materials

Executive Support (High-Level)

  • Manage complex global scheduling and travel with strategic prioritization
  • Coordinate meetings with board members, investors and senior partners
  • Ensure the CEO's time is aligned with top business priorities

Digital Communication & Executive Presence

  • Prepare content, responses and executive communication materials
  • Serve as a point of contact for key partners, investors, and external stakeholders

AI-Driven Productivity & Automation

  • Use advanced AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot etc.) to streamline workflows
  • Create summaries, presentations, and automation processes that improve efficiency
  • Help integrate AI into operational processes to accelerate decision-making

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 5+ years as Senior EA / BizOps / Project Manager / EA-Business Partner
  • Direct experience supporting C-Level executives — required
  • Experience in a global or public tech company — highly preferred

Skills

  • Strong command of Microsoft 365
  • Fast learner with proven ability to work with advanced digital & AI tools
  • Excellent English & Hebrew (written & verbal)
  • Exceptional organization, analytical thinking & attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive under high pressure and in a fast-paced environment
