We're hiring Join AudioCodes as a Personal Assistant to the CEO

If you're organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced global tech environment — this is your opportunity to work side by side with the CEO of a leading public company (NASDAQ: AUDC).

As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you'll manage a dynamic and demanding schedule, coordinate global leadership meetings, and oversee key cross-company projects to help the CEO monitor execution and performance across all departments.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

· Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a public or international high-tech company

· Proven ability to coordinate and manage cross-organizational projects

· Excellent command of English and Hebrew, both written and spoken

· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and absolute discretion

· Strategic thinking, precise prioritization, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

· High proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet / )

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively with senior management, board members, and business partners

· Proactive, structured, and calm under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment

 ·     Familiarity with and frequent use of AI productivity tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or other automation platforms)
