במסגרת התפקיד תהיה/י אחראי/ת על ניהול והובלת צוות Dynamics 365 CRM – משדרוגים, פיתוח ותחזוקה, דרך אפיון תהליכים חוצי חברה ועד ליישום אוטומציות מתקדמות ב־Power Platform.

מה בתפקיד:

  • ניהול, ליווי והובלה מקצועית של צוות CRM
  • אחריות כוללת על מערכת Dynamics 365 – פיתוח, שדרוגים, אופטימיזציה ותחזוקה שוטפת
  • תכנון ואפיון תהליכים עסקיים חוצי ארגון בתחומי מכירות, שירות וחוויית לקוח
  • עבודה צמודה עם מחלקות עסקיות (מכירות, שירות, כספים ותפעול) ותרגום צרכים עסקיים לפתרונות מערכתיים
  • הובלת אוטומציות ותהליכי עבודה חכמים באמצעות Power Automate ו־Power Apps

דרישות:

  • לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון בעבודה מעשית עם Dynamics 365 CRM
  • ניסיון מוכח בעבודה עם מערכות CRM On-Premise ו־Online
  • ניסיון בהובלת פרויקטים ותהליכים עסקיים מורכבים
  • ניסיון בניהול והובלה מקצועית של צוות CRM או פיתוח
  • הבנה עסקית ויכולת חיבור בין טכנולוגיה לצרכים ארגוניים
