Junior CRM Dynamics System Analyst
to join our team

Responsibilities:

  • Write detailed specification documents for the
    Microsoft Dynamics CRM
    system, including functional aspects, system integrations, and ERD diagrams.
  • Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and translate them into clear system specifications.
  • Manage cross-functional work interfaces and drive collaboration between developers, QA testers, and other project stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least
    1 year of experience
    writing specification documents (High-Level and Detailed Design) for
    CRM Dynamics
    systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify needs and gaps.
  • Ability to work independently as part of a team, with flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and high motivation.
  • Experience in writing specifications in a
    multi-process environment
    .
  • Experience in the
    financial or long-term savings sector
    – an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience
    in implementing CRM Dynamics – an advantage.
  • Relevant
    academic degree
    or
    System Analysis certification/course
    – an advantage.
